Uganda to commemorate International literacy Day

The Minister of State for Disability Affairs Asamo Hellen Grace has advised on inclusive community education and learning attitude within the citizens to enable the 24% illiterate Ugandans learn how to read and write. Asamo cited this while at a presser for the forthcoming international literacy day.
