The Uganda Youth Parliament is urging the government to allocate more resources to youth programs, enabling their active participation in the cash economy. They argue that the ministry responsible for youth affairs has not done enough to identify and address the challenges faced by the majority of the youth, hindering the elevation of their status. The youth expressed these concerns while acknowledging individuals who have supported youth and humanitarian efforts.
