Ukraine and Russia exchange prisoners

Ukraine and Russia have exchanged prisoners of war in a deal arranged by the United Arab Emirates. At least 150 Ukrainians held captive were swapped for an equal number of Russian soldiers. This is the 59th and biggest exchange since the invasion began.
