Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and top United States diplomat Marco Rubio arrived in Saudi Arabia ahead of ceasefire talks on Monday (Mar 10). Rubio said Washington wants to hear what concessions Kyiv is willing to make to achieve peace, as Ukraine's proposal for a partial truce raises hopes of a breakthrough after three years of war. This also comes at a critical time for Ukraine, which is seeking to repair strained ties with the US.
