Ukraine kills Russian general in Moscow

Sources in Kyiv say Ukraine is responsible for killing a Russian general, Igor Kirillov, who was part of the country's nuclear protection forces. Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov was killed when a bomb hidden in an electric scooter exploded outside an apartment in Moscow. The UK has accused the general of overseeing the use of chemical weapons in Ukraine.
