Ukraine and South Korea have agreed to deepen cooperation on security to tackle an apparent strengthening of military ties between Moscow and Pyongyang. Evidence continues to build - including confirmation from the US - that North Korea could soon send troops to fight on the frontlines for Russia in its war in Ukraine. Meanwhile, North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui has arrived in Vladivostok, Russia and is visiting Moscow on Oct 30, according to its state media. It says the trip is taking place within the framework of a strategic dialogue, following an agreement to enhance ties during a leaders' summit meeting in June. Lim Yun Suk and Dasha Chernyshova report.
