Ukraine’s real estate market sees surprising boom despite ongoing war

The real estate market in Ukraine is experiencing a surprising boom. In 2023, there was a 70 per cent increase in transactions compared with the first year of Russia’s full-scale invasion. Sales are still lower than in 2021, but the numbers show more Ukrainians are willing to invest in real estate despite the ongoing war. CNA's Megumi Lim reports from Kyiv.
