Ukraine weapons, Military spending top agenda as Biden hosts NATO leaders

On the first day of the NATO summit, the main topic is military support for Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky says that his country's top request is air defence systems. NATO says will send dozens of air defence weapons to Ukraine. Meanwhile, Russia has also been seeking additional arms from its allies.
