Another legal and financial blow for expelled Umkhonto WeSizwe founder Jabulani Khumalo. The Western Cape High Court has struck his attempt to be reinstated as party leader off the roll with costs. Yesterday, the Electoral Court dismissed his reinstatement application. #enca #dstv403
