UN GIVES FULL SUPPORT TO INDEX SPEARHEADED BY PM BROWNE

A major global index championed by Prime Minister the Hon. Gaston Browne has been unanimously accepted by member states of the United Nations. The Multi-dimensional Vulnerability Index (MVI) received the full backing of the UN on Wednesday. It provides fairer access to financing for development for the world's most vulnerable states. Antigua and Barbuda’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Dr. Aubrey Webson hails the development as game-changing. Raghib Apparicio reports.
