‘Unambiguously good news’: Australia to donate 49 tanks to Ukraine

Shadow Home Affairs Minister James Paterson has lauded the donation of tanks to Ukraine by Australia as “unambiguously good news”. The federal government has announced it will gift 49 Abrams tanks to Ukraine to aid in its war efforts against Russia. “This is unambiguously good news,” Mr Paterson told Sky News Australia. “It’s exactly the right thing for Australia to do.”
