Undecided US voters unlikely to base their decision on the vice presidential debate

Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney says undecided voters in the US are unlikely going to make up their minds based on a vice presidential debate. Vice presidential candidates JD Vance and Tim Walz are set to face in a head-to-head debate on Wednesday, October 2 (Australian time). “Tim Walz … is a nice guy, I think he’ll come across as a nice guy,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News Australia. “I just don’t know if anybody who’s undecided … is going to be making up their minds based on a vice presidential debate.”
