UNESCO’S YOUTH MEDIA AND INFO WORKSHOP BEING HELD IN TWIN ISLAND STATE

Antigua and Barbuda is hosting a high-level youth media and information literacy hybrid workshop at the John E. St Luce Finance and Conference Centre. It is being staged by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization Office for the Caribbean in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. UNESCO says as Digital Technology impacts every area of life, there is also the threat of disinformation, the proliferation of hate and misogyny in workplaces and society.
