University of Michigan Regent's home vandalized

"We call on our community to come together in solidarity and to firmly reject all forms of bigotry and violence." That's a statement from the University of Michigan after Regent Jordan Acker's home was vandalized this morning. A window was broken and a car spray painted in what he says is the third hate crime his family faced this year. A statement from the governor's office: "The antisemitic vandalism of University of Michigan Regent Jordan Acker’s home and car is unacceptable. This was a criminal act of targeted hatred on an elected official’s personal property because he is Jewish. We cannot allow hateful acts to further fan the flames of division.
