Unprecedented IT outage still felt around the world

An unprecedented global IT outage which knocked down systems around the world is still being felt after its calamitous effects. Cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike says the outage was caused by an update it pushed for Windows. CrowdStrike shares are down roughly 18 per cent as a result of the worldwide tech outage.
