UNRA to install traffic lights at clock tower junction

The Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) plans to install traffic lights at the Queens Way junction along the new Kampala Flyover, to prevent road crashes. However, at the moment UNRA and Traffic Police have agreed to deploy the police to control the traffic flow until the installation of the traffic lights.
