UPDATE ON RED EYES BY MOH: OVER 4853 RED EYES RECOVERIES REGISTERED SINCE THE OUTBREAK

Dr. Danial Kyabayinze the Director Public Health at Ministry of Health has revealed that so far 4853 Red eyes infection recoveries have been registered and others isolated in different areas. The Director Public Health appealed to the general public and schools with children with Red eyes infection not to apply anything on the eyes but only observe personal hygiene like washing of hands all the time. Kyabayinze also advised schools to desist from sending back students home to avoid infecting others since the infection is manageable.
