UPDF SOLDIER SENTENCED 30 YEARS IN PRISON

The Third Division Court Martial, chaired by Col. Francis Kateraho in Moroto, has sentenced Private Richard Echom to 30 years in prison for attempted murder. Echom was convicted for shooting his partner, Daphine Atim, in July 2022 after spending seven million shillings on her.
