Uplifting workers: More than 3,000 get pay rise or career progression under CTC initiative

More than 3,000 workers from 150 companies got either a pay bump of an average of five per cent or career progression. A quarter of them are professionals, managers and executives. This is thanks to the labour movement's Company Training Committee initiative. Richa Mathew with more.
