URA sets 31st December ultimatum for clearance arrears

The URA Commissioner General, John R. Musinguzi has set an end of year ultimatum for taxpayers who have not met their obligations to settle their arrears before December 31st after which they will face hefty penalties. Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) has also revealed its plan to use technology to stamp out corruption, especially within its internal operations.
