US Defence Secretary released from hospital

US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin has been released from hospital. The 70-year-old was admitted to an intensive care unit a fortnight ago. His admission followed surgery complications from an operation in December. His doctors claim his prognosis is excellent. No further treatment is planned for Mr Austin, according to his doctors.
