US Democrats take stand against Israel’s PM future address to Congress

Some Democrats in the US are indicating they may boycott Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s address to Congress next month. The Australian’s National Affairs Editor Joe Kelly says Mr Netanyahu should be “free” to address Congress on the achievement of Israel’s political and military objectives in the Middle East. “There is no doubt Benjamin Netanyahu should be free to do that … I do not think that should be questioned at all,” he said. “The key thing about how this will play out politically in the US is what message Benjamin Netanyahu comes with.”
