US election will be a ‘much closer race’ with Kamala Harris as Democrat candidate

Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer says the 2024 election will be a “much closer race” with Kamala Harris as the Democratic Party candidate rather than Joe Biden. Joe Biden has ended his re-election campaign and endorsed Kamala Harris as the Democratic candidate. “This will be a much closer race,” Mr Spicer told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “She is going to get a sugar high of a bump in the polls, especially after she picks her vice president.”
