US federal judge puts pause on Trump campaign using the song 'Hold On, I'm Coming'

A federal judge has issued an injunction on US Republican Presidential Nominee Donald Trump to pause using the song 'Hold On, I'm Coming'. The late singer's estate alleges the former President did not have approval to use the song. Isaac Hayes the Third posted on X  last month, 'We demand the cessation of use, removal of all related videos, a public disclaimer, and payment of three million dollars in licensing fees by August 16, 2024.'
