US Presidential Election: Biden hails efforts for permanent Gaza truce in DNC valedictory speech

US President Joe Biden has highlighted his efforts for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza in his valedictory speech at the Democratic National Convention. Mr Biden acknowledged thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters gathered outside the convention hall in Chicago. Simon Marks reports from Chicago.
