US top diplomat in China: Relief on both sides? Or frustration?

United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken has touched down in Beijing as ties between the world's top two superpowers are on edge. Attendees of a closed-door dialogue in Singapore this week told CNA's East Asia Tonight there's relief on both sides, given that these high-level talks are continuing. But there is also frustration at the finger-pointing.
