UWI praised for helping the region overcome challenges

The University of the West Indies is receiving praise for helping Barbados and other Caribbean nations overcome many challenges. The commendation has come from Governor General of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Dame Susan Dilys Dougan, who was conferred the Degree of Doctor of Laws, Honoris Causa at this year's UWI, Cave Hill Evening Graduation Ceremony.
