VAT EXEMPTION FOR WATER TANKS

Parliament including the house of assembly recently passed a proposed exemption on the value added tax for water harvesting systems to address the island's water woes. The move comes as infrastructure minister Stephenson King criticized the previous UWP administration for what he says was the slow progress on the John Compton Dam dredging project.
