Vessel carrying 1.4 million litres of industrial fuel capsizes in Manila Bay

It is a race against time as Philippine authorities rush to contain what could be the country's biggest oil spill ever. A marine tanker carrying 1.4 million litres of industrial fuel sank in Manila Bay on Jul 25. The Philippine Coast Guard is deploying floating barriers to contain the slick, which is already stretching over several kilometres. Buena Bernal reports.
