Vieux Fort Man Gunned Down

The island’s homicide figures climbed over night following the shooting death of thirty-six-year-old Rick Kisna of La-Resource, Vieux Fort. He was gunned down right outside his home. He succumbed to his injuries at the St. Jude Hospital. According to a childhood friend, Kisna was an ambitious young mechanic.
