Vinesh wins scholarship despite grief over lost loved one

Coping with the deaths of loved ones while maintaining focus on academics is no small feat. But for Vinesh Ramnarine, it was a reality he faced and conquered. Vinesh, the son of local performer Raymond Ramnarine, placed seventh regionally in Applied Mathematics and earned an Open Scholarship. Radhica De Silva visited the Ramnarine family, and shares their story in this report.
