Vision of suspected driver who carried out German Christmas market attack

Vision has emerged of the moment German police arrested the suspected driver at the scene. A Christmas market in the central east German city of Magdeburg was the subject of a suspected terror attack. Authorities believe they have identified their suspect as a fifty-year-old man from Saudi Arabia.
