“vocational studies not for school dropouts” Baryomunsi calls for change of mindset

It has been brought to the attention of government that the increasing number of students rushing for vocational studies is as a result of the high rate of dropouts from the mainstream education centres, they being primary and secondary. However, this is not by choice or will.  This has been pointed out during the sixth graduation ceremony of Rutenga Vocational Training Institute in Kanungu district, an event presided over by the ICT and National guidance Minister, Dr. Chris Baryomunsi.
