Volunteers help visually-impaired people hear movies in China

A Chinese public welfare project initiated by faculty members and students of a university in Beijing has been providing audio descriptions of films, in an effort to ensure equal access to culture for visually impaired individuals. This video, filmed in 2021, shares the story of a group of volunteers at the Communication University of China (CUC), who are dedicated to helping the visually impaired "listen" to a movie.
