Volunteers required as BDF sets up field hospital

Barbadians 18 years and over are being called to volunteer for the Barbados Defence Force's Field Medical Hospital. It is a mobile health facility furnished with full medical equipment which can be easily moved and set up in different locations post disasters or when institutions are not fully functional. The call comes as officials seek to acquire another level of accreditation for the hospital which is temporarily based at the National Stadium. More in this report from our Reanne Phillips.
