Voter turnout of 56% recorded in second phase of Jammu and Kashmir polls

Voting in the second phase of regional elections in Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir has concluded. Foreign diplomats from 15 countries -- including Singapore, the Philippines and the US -- witnessed voters casting their ballots in the first local election the region has seen in decades. More than 56% of voters turned out in the second phase, compared to about 61% in phase one. Ishan Garg reports from Srinagar.
