Voting begins on South Korean President's impeachment

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol says there will not be a second Martial Law declaration as he apologised to the nation during a televised address. The president stopped short of announcing he would resign from his post. Voting has now begun in South Korea's parliament to determine the fate of the nation's president.
