Wage negotiations | Samwu set to ask for 15% or R4000 for its members

The current wage agreement between the South African Municipal Workers Union and employers will end on 30 June. The union convened a special central executive committee meeting which also looked at the upcoming wage negotiations. The committee decided to ask employers for a 15-percent increment or R4000.
