War on Gaza: Wounded pour into Deir el-Balah’s Al-Aqsa Hospital amid relentless Israeli strikes
At least 35 people have been killed in a new wave of Israeli air strikes across the Gaza Strip. The wounded have been pouring into Al-Aqsa Hospital, Gaza's last remaining major hospital. Israeli bombs hit several houses in and around the central city of Deir el-Balah, killing six people, including women and children. Tanks also shelled parts of the nearby Maghazi and Nuseirat refugee camps. Al-Aqsa Hospital has been appealing to the international community for medical supplies and fuel, as it is currently operating with only one generator. The hospital is overwhelmed due to the large number of injuries it has received in recent days. Al Jazeera’s Hind Khoudary joins us from outside Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir el-Balah to discuss the latest updates.
