Watch: 2023 Flashbacks – when the world gathers at The Hub
The year 2023 was one of reunion and gathering post-pandemic. In the first half, we witnessed the inaugural in-person China-Central Asia Summit in the ancient city of Xi'an, a historic meeting between China and the five Central Asian countries. In the latter half, Beijing rolled out the red carpet for guests from more than 140 countries and 30 international organizations to the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation. The year was brimming with opportunities and challenges. The prolonged Russia-Ukraine situation, the accelerating spillover of the Israel-Palestine conflict, and the continuous adjustments in China-U.S. relations are pivotal. Seeking peace and development amidst these changes remains the era's central question. The year was laden with achievements and harvests. The Hub with Wang Guan covers topics ranging from the conflicts between Russian and Ukraine to global climate change, highlighting our commitment to keeping abreast of domestic and international hotspots, bringing you firsthand information with attitude and belief, as well as interviews with human touch. Join us to look back at 2023 together. #2023inReview
