‘Watch and Act’: Bushfire warnings downgraded in Western Victoria

Emergency warnings have just been downgraded with ‘Watch and Act’ still in place across parts of Victoria. It comes as large bushfires burn out of control in the state. The downgrade is a sign that the hundreds of firefighters battling the blaze are making progress to get it under control.
