Authorities were working Thursday to determine whether the deadly New Orleans truck attack that killed at least 14 people and wounded dozens was the act of a lone wolf or if more suspects remain at large as the city prepares to host the Sugar Bowl football game, a major tourist event to be held Thursday after a one-day postponement. The suspect in the attack early Wednesday, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, was fatally shot by police. Alethea Duncan, an assistant special agent in charge of the FBI’s New Orleans field office, said authorities do not believe Jabbar was "solely responsible." Weapons and a potential explosive device were found in the vehicle, while two potential explosive devices were found, the FBI said.
