Witnesses called 911 when they saw a man fall into the frozen water of Arbutus Lake in the U.S. state of Michigan. When Michigan State Police Officer Kammeron Bennetts arrived, he had trouble getting a rescue device out to the stranded man, who was trapped in the freezing water. Luckily Ruby, the man's dog was there to help.
