Water taxi service a solution to traffic congestion

Traffic congestion has cost this country over $2 billion per year. With 15,000 new vehicles coming on the roads annually, the government is searching for ways to reduce traffic congestion. Reporter Radhica De Silva and Cameraman Ivan Toolsie explored the Water Taxi Service and tried to find out why not many people have been using it.
