According to a UN Women report, as of 2023, only 26.5% of Parliamentary seats worldwide were held by women, while a study by Fortune magazine found less than 10% of Fortune 500 CEOs were female. International Women’s Day is a welcome reminder that much still needs to be done for equity between genders. In this report, We Focus on the progress made for and by women over the years.
