Weatherman predicts hottest January

The weather man is back with an alert - kenyans should expect a hot January in some parts of the country. The northern region is expected to experience periods of higher temperatures than usual. However, the weather man has also confirmed a few areas experiencing short rains which include the southern half of the country.
