West Hollywood burglars share high-fives and hugs

Security camera video shows burglars celebrating after breaking into a safe during a heist at a West Hollywood jewelry store. The burglars stole merchandise from the storefront and safes over the weekend at the store on Santa Monica Boulevard. They loaded up their backpacks with items before making a getaway.
