Wet weather conditions and heat wave set to merge across Australia’s east coast

On Sunday afternoon, the northeast of Tasmania and most of Victoria will be inundated with wet weather, while most of New South Wales will also experience showers. Sky News Weather Presenter James Preston revealed despite the chance of storms and wet weather, plenty of heat is also “building” at central locations throughout the country. Parts of Queensland will be under a severe heatwave warning during both day and night creating “uncomfortable” conditions.
