What Alec Baldwin’s Testimony in ‘Rust’ Shooting Trial May Look Like
Alec Baldwin is set to appear in court on July 9 to face trial for an involuntary manslaughter charge. The famed actor was indicted in January in connection to the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie “Rust.” Experts theorize Baldwin will have to take the stand in his defense if he hopes to be found not guilty. Baldwin’s armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, was convicted of the same charge and sentenced to 18 months in prison.
