When impunity faces resistance - Mutungo residents protest erection of wall fence in road reserve

Residents of Mutungo in Kampala have continued to protest against the construction of a wall fence in what most of them say is a road reserve. They accuse Shaban Kwesiga of disregarding City Plans to erect a wall fence on Amka Road whose boundaries most of them say they have known years for as long as they have lived. This has prompted authorities to swing into action with the Mayor for Nakawa Division Paul Mugambe halting any further construction.
